请大家帮着拿拿主意

IT， 40+ 得到两个offer：

A：是一家几百人的private保险公司，离家1个小时的通勤火车。

B：是一家几万人的public软件公司,离家开车15分钟。

两个offer工资一样，一分不差。benefits也差不多。B的假期多几天，但要三个月后才开始给。

该选哪一家呢？
