On the surface, 保险公司 seems better, and better bonus (?? - don't know, just guess)
Depend on how large is the the insurance company, but they are typically doing great and not easily recruit people. They are rich. When visiting or driving by a city in US, it is a good bet that the highest building is either an insurance company or a bank. For a small town, the best building is either a church/school/or hospital.
