02, What is the career path for this role?
03, Which level does this role belong to in the organization hierarchy
of this department?
04, This role has many responsibilities, but how about powers or
rights?
05, What is the general background of those project managers?
06, How did they do IT project delivery without this role in the past?
07, Is the working environment international or localized?
08, How often do I have to travel, and how long?
09, Some software projects are already out-sourced, do I need to
monitor those projects as well?
10, Is there any training opportunity, for example, English language
training or project management training?
11, Is there other benefits for this role, i.e. company-paid telephone
fees or lease car?
12, What is the relationship between Application Manager, Execution
Manager and me?
13, Who is the customer and how to collect business needs from them?
14, How many project managers there are and how many software
engineers?
15, Do you already have a clear plan of when to give this position a
promotion and change title from "Junior XXX Manager" to formal
"XXX Manager", for example, after 2 years or finish 10 projects?
16, How long would a project generally take?
17, How many project managers will be assigned to me and how many
software engineers?
18, Will the contract be a permanent one or one-year contract?
19, Is the working location AAA or BBB?
