resign or wait for termination

I just want to thank evryone who replied my post last Friday.

Most of you are right that they want me to leave. They give me deadline every day and evalute accuracy and efficiency. I even suffered chest pain in these two days. I decided to leave next week but  do not know whether I should resign or wait for them to terminate my employment? Does termination or being fired have negative impact for my futher career? Of course, I will ignore this one and half month employment in my resume.
