今天一大早来到办公室，公司里没有什么动静。可我坐在办公室里，觉得手脚发软，全身没劲，其实今天早上一想到要来上班我就全身发软。我明白我一定要离开这里了，否则我的生活，我的一切都被我这个顶头上司给毁了。发了个 2 weeks notice 给这个黑女人和ceo。不一会，黑女人紧张地跑来我办公室，想套我的话，她脸上堆满了很久不见的笑容，她要求我在她和ceo谈过此事之前，我不要把辞职的事告诉公司其他人。她反复重复了很多遍。后来约我到她办公室，她见我拿了个手机，便追问那能否录音，又着急地问我办公室里的一个东西可以录音吗。她又一再反复问了很多遍，很担心我会把她平时对我凶的话录下来。她又说她有一个在外州的亲戚是律师。后来她又来威胁我说：“我知道以后我打电话给你，你是不会接的。你可能还会找律师。。。我已经和ceo谈过一些了，你走是因为你工作不好。。。。”我告诉她我2pm有个doctor's appointment，可她快1点钟了还布置一大堆事情给我做。
之后我来到另一个building，见到ceo，ceo人很nice，一向对我不错，他平时总喜欢和我开玩笑。他上来问我：“Are you going to leave us?"我告诉他我不得不走，因为我很头疼，depressed。他问我能不能和他谈谈，我说现在不能谈，我还得在这里工作两个星期，我现在谈的话就会有麻烦，我只能两周的最后一天和他谈。他说好，他等着talk with me. 这可能是我申辩的最后一个机会。我们部门现在连我才3个人，另一个同事之前也和部门头头闹到ceo那里，之前在这个部门工作过的人都是一年左右就离开了，离开的人都恨死这个黑女人了，只是没有捅到ceo那里。
请教：和ceo说什么？说这个黑女人从不尊重我，天天像训斥小孩一样当众训斥我，我英语不够好（这可能也是那个黑女人敢随意欺负我的原因，因为她知道我被骂后找不出恰当的反击方式）。有人知道训斥这个词在英语中用那个词最恰当？如有什么建议能发悄悄话给我吗？万分感谢！
