感到很茫然,请赐教!

挺苦恼的. 一年半前由朋友介绍到他所在的公司担任一个新产品的技术主管.产品是从一家小公司transfer过来的.这个产品和公司的其他产品完全不同,我是唯一一个懂技术的.之前我在一家类似的大公司工作了十年,从process transfer, testing 到tech support 和customer complain 都有经验.通常这样的产品的transfer在我原来的公司至少需要6-7resouces. 但我现在的公司把我安排在Quality,招了production technician who reports to production manager dedicated for this project,还有一个每次hijack meeting的engineer to support this project. 整个产品线从零开始,厂房,设备,测试仪器,原料,从头开始.由于是从9个人的小公司买的产品,产品和技术不成熟,可想而知,中间遇到了各种困难,我经常半夜工作到晚上十一点,周末还揪着老公一起干活..终于今年5月launch了产品. 但我的老板属于将所有他的员工作为secretary, 不给下属一点visibility和credits的老板, 所以其他management team members不知道我的工作难度.最为苦恼的是虽然我是公司里唯一的chemist, 但understanding chemistry of this product was signed to another staff scientist from R&D whose expertise is animal study and clinical trial. 由于他和customer 有直接接触, 所以他知道客户的要求.其实我和他应该是一个很好的team.他可以focus on animal study and feedback us what customers need, then I have an idea about how to improve the product. 可是他想一切都自己霸占.虽然他在公司是元老, 但一直在R&D工作, 不懂具体的process, 加之一点化学的知识都没有,课题进展很慢.由于在完成transfer以后,我没有具体的responsibility,只是继续support production.有被架空的感觉, 很苦恼.一是18个月的努力一点点的credits 都没有.而且产品transfer中可能出现的问题也被认为是能力问题.二是辛辛苦苦的工作果实也正在被瓜分. 尽管我知道如果完善产品下一步应从哪里开始, 但我一点点movtivation都没有.不知该怎样做?请赐教.
