昨天我老板和我聊天，他说我们中国人喜欢impress people，其实我LG在试用期之中，只要显示他有他们所需要的skill就行了，不应该激进地想去改变什么，要改变也要等位置做稳以后再说。我跟我LG讲，结果他还是觉得自己没有做错，虽然结果不是他想要的。
