大家有类似情况吗-和一些上司联系询问却经常不回信，是什莫意思？

是拒绝还是。。。嘛意思？我该持续不断的发邮件去disturb呢，还是该改变策略？平时也会碰要一些类似情况，大家都怎末办？

最近给以前老板发信求reference也没回信。郁闷，冒一泡。大家踊跃有奖回答啊。
