事都做了，你还想解释什么？你对谁好心？对她个人还是对公司？

基本上可以认定，通过此事你可以被划到在公司中不可重用的那一类，不懂规矩，不讲原则，甚至惟恐天下不乱的那类，即使你自己不这么认为。

话你说了，事实结果也造成了，你还能解释什么，凭借个人感觉你可能越解释越糟，因为你没有掌握职场的核心与关键，这也是你的同事现在不敢与你接近的原因。

换位思考，如果你做老板，遇到这样的下属，你将如何处理，无意或随便就把老板卖了。
