I see that your bosses do not fit your company’s culture.

In pursuing talking their behaviors to upper management like COO or CEO, you need to proceed with great caution. Call them and ask for a private and confidential appointment. Tell them that you have some concerns about the working relationship with your managers and ask if they are able to provide some support so that the problem can be addressed. You should present yourself as seeking advice and willing to work with the company to address a mutual problem, rather than presenting a list of demands that will make the upper management feel defensive.
