要不要跳槽到proprietary trading firm?

最近有件事很烦。LG现在在一家金融软件公司做software engineer，工作相对稳定轻松. 最近偶然得到一家proprietary trading公司的Offer，比现在的工作薪水高出２５％， 但公司很小，才十几个人.

想问问各位高人，这种公司怎么样呢？ 会不会工作时间很长？压力很重？ 我们刚刚有小孩，我很担心他现在换工作是不是好选择，但又怕耽误了这个机会会对他未来的事业发展有影响。LG对金融公司很有兴趣，一直希望有这样的机会，只是现在timing不太好...
