unstable. It all depends on the skills of the traders. Trading firms don't have capital, money is sort of easy come easy go. They can make big money some times but make zero other times. Your hu*****and should ask them how long have they been there. Firm with longer history often suggests better and sustainable performance. You need to check their benefits as well.
