大家讨论办公室政治阿，我想凑个热闹

每个人的工作不同啊。我只能就我看到的这么一点点发表一下小小的意见。
在我的工作环境吧，我总觉得形势是大于人的。
也就是说，我觉得你再social,再social,要爬上去还是不容易。
在这里要爬上去，除非，老板真的很需要你帮他赚钱（这个少，谁不是螺丝钉呢）。
或者，就是有关系。
其余的时候，老板整天夸阿，夸阿，鼓励你多干活阿，给点小恩小惠阿，就是不升你，不但是你，你看看你周围的人都是这样。你就知道老板把钱袋看得多紧了。
