1）你是否proactive，你是否sharp。
2）你的组织，领导能力怎么样。
3）你是否是solution-oriented。
4）以及你的communication skills
5）以及你的personalalty 和 characteristics，

比如，当别人一提到你时，旁人就会这样描述你，
小谋is sharp and proactive
she is accountable。。
she has strong communication skills。。。
。。。

这就是你想给人的image，it is achievable through your design and efforts。
