-- formal ways: meetings, presentations
-- how about initiating a series of lunch & learn programs to exchange ideas, works, lessons learned...
if no such programs are in place.
-- check managers if they can offer job rotation for you to work different team after completing projects..
-- the effective learning is through working.

4。是不是跟MANAGER一对一的会，一定要准备一些问题？
