长远看多半是真的

能力强的人，心里想的不是job security，而是increase value。他们不要守住目前工作的核心，而是要进攻到下一个位子。Job security本身就是守势的想法，会使一人失去冒险求变的动力。一件事做久了，很少人一直有passion。

职场是个不进则退的地方。人渐老，技术渐旧，薪水渐高，渐渐变成太贵的员工。尤其在IT，很少有人守住一个工作几十年的。到五十岁左右，往往就守不住了。
