这个办法我用过。没有用，他从来不回，然后meeting的时候骂我问的问题或写的东西不make sense.但是又从不正面告诉我应该怎么做，只是一味的反问我：为什么你不知道？你怎么会不知道呢？你怎么会这么想呢？所以常常是挨了一通骂还是不知道他究竟要什么。
我在这样的环境下survive了10个月了，有时候我甚至觉得这是个奇迹。
