实在受不了这个老板，要不要辞职？

挣扎了很久很久，每天的上班都是一种折磨，只要想到上班就痛苦的不行。

最主要的原因是老板实在很rude，动不动就破口大骂，骂得你觉得自己简直一文不值，对自己严重怀疑。每天的每一秒都很紧张，不知道他什么时候会突然爆发。有时候看上去还好的时候，说翻脸就翻脸。工作了十多年，从来没有遇到过这种情况。很想被雷，真的很想。可是不知道什么时候会被雷。所以现在整天在思想斗争，要不要对自己好一点，干脆辞了算了。

真的很痛苦。一想到明天又要上班了，整个人都没有精神。

已经在看书，准备找工作。但是在找到以前，要不要熬呢? 每一天每一秒都是一种煎熬。是我不对吗？还是我确实不行？

挨骂的主要原因是这样的。这里的project都没有requirement，也没有testcase，每个人就是从老板那儿口头得到要求，作了以后自己测试自己deploy到production。我是半当中加入的，可是老板并不training，不停的让我做，有时候我搞不清楚requirement，或者我以为清楚了，结果老板又说不是那样的，就会被骂。我虽然不停的东问西问，可是问来的东西有时候也不对。老板总说：你如果只能做exactly what you are told to do，我为什么不outsource呢？

别人也被骂，如果错了的话。但是他们呆久了的人，被骂得机会少一点。而且可能因为他们都是印度人，是不是骂了也无所谓，骂完了好像也就算了。

究竟是我的问题，还是什么问题？诚心请教大家。
