There are two kinds of fit:
the fit between job and you, and the fit between the organization and you. Key factors relating to the first fit include skills, experience, etc.; while the second fit is determined by two things: value and personality.
So I suggest you to look into the value system of your company and see if your value matches the organization's. If the answer is no, you probably should consider new employer.
