１３ｋ的salary increase值得去不要脸么？

昨天interview了一家公司，技术方面没什么问题，大家说得很开心，沟通很不错．但公司环境给我感觉很不好，家具比较旧，人的穿着比较随意，在问问题的阶段，我就说我还有６个星期(4 weeks notice + 2 weeks annual leave)才能resign current role.因为他们有很大的project coming throu,要人要的很急，恨不能明天就能上班哪种.４个星期就是他们能等的最大期限了．

本来这事我觉得就结束了，下午收到recruiter的email,问能不能work out,我说现在的公司不pay outstanding的annual leave,这是在contract上写的，而且我签过字的，recruiter说这不合法，他们跟fare trading打过电话，你可以告你老板．．．来回往来的10几个email,我一直也没说我特别不喜欢他们的office(这个理由听起来好像很可笑，起码我是这么觉得）,一直在avaliablity上纠缠，最后今天上午刚收到他们的email,说要多pay $4000的salary来cover我这２weeks的损失（是每年多，不只是今年）。

这样看下来，他们的offer要比我现在多１３Ｋ，这次我有点犹豫了。

我们现在老板各个方面对我还不错，工作很轻松，压力不大，我来半年就走掉了，的确我心里有些过意不去。我在的team也不错，member之间关系融洽，能互相cover。

感觉那个公司不那么稳定，以后的几个月里还要继续招７个人，扩张这么快的公司，我感觉砍人也决不含糊。最近我还想换大房子，稳定可能是我考虑比较多的东西。

只为钱动不是我的风格，自己感觉特不要脸，但１３ｋ的salary increase值得去不要脸么？真的优点迷茫了。

今天一定要做决定，请各位大虾支招！！
