辞还是不辞？

我在一家投资公司做，收入还可以，可是和老板关系不好，非常抑郁和压抑。家有一宝，已经4岁了，经常想回家带孩子得了。可是本地房价奇高，要买好学区的房子，没有百万是不行的，我若辞了，房子就成问题。很犹豫。我问老公，他让我自己拿主意。我知道他心里还是在意我那份薪水。我在这家公司被这变态老板折磨得连找工作的自信都没有了，就想休息一段时间。好累。
