技术问题，你们怎么看待subtleness

我的却刚从学校出来不久。在学校的几年里，人际关系相对没有那么复杂，我基本上没有遇到有人玩subtleness.
但是现在我常常看到有人玩这个。一开始的时候，我挺反感的。因为你搞那些小把戏，自以为表面功夫做的很好，其实还不是为了让别人看出来。不管怎么样，不管你再subtle,你的目的还不是一个。这里补充一下，我是说那些在office里用subtleness玩政治的。不管你的目的达到与否，别人都能看出来你在玩政治，而且你想跟别人玩这个。

而我觉得另外有些人，可能是不玩这个，也可能是玩的太转，根本就看不出来玩subtleness.平时你看他只谈工作的样子，什么事都是就是论事，也不觉得他拐弯抹角的。照样很成功。我觉得这才是我的model.

话扯远了。爱玩subtleness的人也许很欣赏玩subtleness的人呢。你们怎么看？
