communication skill. tell the bad news in a positive way. At work place, you seldom hear manager say who is bad or wrong within the group.
就象在论坛里发帖, 有人在不同意别人意见时,上来就说,"你错了.应该是这样这样....". 有人就不直接说对方错了, 而是换个说法讲. 这种情况比比皆是.
