This what you need to do

1) Call her insurance company, claim the accident, give all the information, email photo of your car, get a claim number.
2) Be sure check which part of your car got damaged, check the back bumper, check the back wheel shock, be ready to tell all the problems you got on your car. Their adjuster will come to see and check your car.
3) The adjuster will estimate the repair cost and will cut you a check for your to repair.
4) you can do repair or use the money to buy some beer.

Not need bother your insurance company.
