呵呵，你可以发一笔小财了：

俺的经验基本与老土相同：
1）Not need bother your insurance company；
2) Call her insurance company, claim the accident, give all the information, email photo of your car（不一定要）, get a claim number
3)去免费评估一下要多少钱修（看起你的车没事，不影响使用）
4）告诉her insurance company,你要一张check,自己去修，
5）大约1～2周，你就可以收到 check 了（我估计你可以收到大约$1000）。
。。。。。。
6）等下次再被追尾再修吧
