该不该接受这个内部transfer?

我现在在A部门工作，干得还不错。B部门的头儿找到我现在的经理，说想让我过去替代B的一个组员，原因是那个组员会被分配别的任务，所以要找一个人把他现在的活接下来。B部门的头儿觉得我是个合适的人选，就来找我的经理商量。我的经理跟我谈了谈，让我自己考虑，如果我同意过去，那还要兼着现在的活儿，等于是两边都干。以后的直接报告给B经理。

大家说说我应该怎么考虑

去的理由：
1 职责更大了
2 被裁的可能性降低了
3 有可能加薪（现在还是一厢情愿的想法）
4 拒绝的话担心影响对我个人的看法
5 做出成绩可能性比较大 （现在B的这个组员做的不是很好，也有可能是这个原因要换人）

不去的理由
1 工作肯定多很多，至少需要现在两倍的精力。
2 可能只加工作不加薪
3 我和B组要替换的那位员工关系比较僵，工作交接可能也是问题

如果不去的话，怎么拒绝才比较得体？如果去的话，怎么提条件才不会令人反感，比如加薪?
