公司内部同级换工作说明什么？

咱们部门在找人（见我以前发的），本来已看好一位同胞MM，但冷不丁的从内部杀出一号强人来，是另一个部门的，做的工作和我们有交集，当然很合适了，但我就不明白他为啥要跳啊？一样的Title， 一样的工作，没道理啊，严重怀疑此人不好相处， 大家说说，他的动机到底是什么？
我想说服我们老板要我们的同胞，但此人从各方面更强一些，难啊
