回复：公司内部同级换工作说明什么？

我们同事也有内部跳的呀，而且一跳一个准，肯定把外面的申请人挤掉。我知道的可能有的原因如下：

1 你们的头看中他，想挖他过来
2 他和原来的team leader搞不定，待着不爽想开溜
3 你们做的东西他更感兴趣，感觉能学到新东西，得到新机会

etc

飞鸟择良木而栖，很可以理解呀。你也别老说服你老板了，it is what it is，没必要让你老板觉得你有倾向性。而且，内部调换，你最好别介入太多意见。首先，你老板可以从别人的team里面挖来人，对他是很有面子的事情；再者，跳过来的同事如果知道你当初意见多多，日后就不好相处啦。
