I work really hard and have a good relationship with my boss. Most of challenge projects of my group go to me. There are two leaders in my group who are American, their language are better, that's why the Chinese boss promoted them, but they don't have much experience, they are a little bit jealous of my capability. So this Chinese take an advantage of that to isolate me.
