Many, many Chinese around Plymonth, Edina, Eden Prarie, Bloomington (the home of Mall of America), Wayzada, etc., around those big companies, Seagate, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, St. Jude, GE Capital, US Bank...

Planting vegs? Probably from May to end of Sep., based on my experience. I have been planting Tomatoes, beans each year (on our 1 - ace home land) and harvested some (rest were eaten by animals, deers, fox, etc.).
