It seems like you know Edina, Minnetanka, and around areas very well, :-), couple of more nice areas, Plymonth (#1 living place in US last year), Chanhassen (#1 living place in US this year), Eden Prarie (my working place).

Having being living around there for 11 years, just love it (except winter). With $400,000 you can get pretty good house around good school districts.
