我看年终总结

评估只是一个形式:
是让懒人干活的借口.又为勤快人不得报偿设的机关.
评估前,谁赢谁输早就早老板心里划好道儿了.怎么争都是无利工.
和你工资真正挂钩的是你和老板的沟通.好的COMMUNICATION是很值银子的.
如果你的沟通技巧不好,那就在找工作,接OFFER的时候多努力,把工资基数设在你能接受的范围内.(老土和很多高手教了我们不少)
工作上和同事多交流也重要.不要管他/她是白的,黑的,印的,男的,还是女的,没话找话说,一天说几句,能让你对办公室的政治倾向有所了解.你被砍时,至少知道被谁杀的.(以后让你儿子报仇)
不要让自己:老中,生活在自己的世外桃源.让人了解你,你的家,让他们杀你的时候下刀就不那么快.
平时,随和,随意,努力工作,但遇事不要太认真.让自己自在,也给别人全身而退的机会.
不就是份工作嘛.日久你真正的评估就在人心理写下啦:这人对我没什么害处.:)你活的时候就长了--在你的单位.
