觉得最最重要的还是你的工作能力 （这的你也会同意的吧？）。
就是公司是不是很需要你这是最最重要的。

跟老板 communication 固然重要， 但是如果我不太喜欢他的 style 的话， 我也就是不卑不亢的应付他而已。 这老板说穿了， 也就是一个 administrator 而已。
