小女子请大家支招

我觉和老外同事争论时,还有平常的谈话, 我经常会遇到有不知道怎么去说,或说错话的情况, 可事后反省,就会觉的当时不应该那么,而应该这么说,. 这跟英文不好有很大的关系吗?或还有其他的?比如反应不快, 谈话技巧等? 我该怎么去提高呢?
