紧急求救

正在考虑是否要求老板加工资时，老板给的新合同上已经给加了。按理说这是个好事，不用讲事情就解决了。但仔细一看， 加的工资实在是太少，是我要求的40%。 而我要求的数目是和我一起工作的同事的一样。

现在很困惑，不知是否应该就接受老板的给的数目，还是要求老板加到自己设定的？恳请指教。
