Dr. Li, sorry if I caused uncomfortable feeling to you, but I'm the kind of person who is kinda "爱憎分明" too...learning to change this part of me as well because I know it really does not suit corporate evironment. It's just a little difficult for me to pay my respect to her when she totally disrepect others. I guess when I called her 老女人, I was just venting. I did not mean no disrespect to being neither "老", nor "女人", although I think being "老" should bring a person more wisdom and understanding, and being "女人" should bring more caring to one's personality. But unfortunately, this director of my hu*****and lacks both quality. I hope this explaination helps you to understand where I was from.
