In my company, the grade level structure from bottom to top is engineer, senior engineer, staff engineer, senior staff engineer, principal engineer and technical director.
In China, my title is senior staff engineer.
Actually, I initiated the relocation because they have to move the project from China to U.S and I am the project leader.
It seems that base salary and bonus is really low, I have to negotiate.
