I have been promoted for a year. I do exhibit my manager shills even though my position was ambiguous; I didn’t know what my responsibilities were, my duties were, or even my job description. I am highly self-motivated, so I set a goal for myself. My goal was blabla.... The following are the achievements in the past year....
