we are seeking solutions,
my proposal is ... , then states your justificatons (pros/cons).
... have different thoughts/alternatives... (pros/cons).
we are trying to finding the best solution.

还是 应 focused on issues, ways, business, company interests,

用词很利害(有点儿像本坛的诈和讲中文),
