Usually, you are right. But it seems to me there is not much work pressure during the interview. The VP kept telling me that the first thing that I need to learn is to pace myself when I mention how much work I was doing with my current job and how much work I can do. Plus, this company is developing products that the whole industry has to use.

This is a start-up unit within a slow-paced company.

Thanks and will ask $74,000 + $5,000 bonus.
