能吃回头草吗？

麻烦各位指点一下。 我自己一年前要求内部transfer,换到另外一个比较重要的组（那个组的老板也很有权），当时是麻烦了两边的manager,最后换成了。现在我在这个组呆得很不舒服，原来的组又走了一个人，我可以换回去吗？ 有人有这个经验吗？ 会有什么后果？ 我知道这么折腾是很可笑可悲的。

请各位指教， 要求换回去有什么后果，是不是非常的罕见和不正常？ 还是我该另外找工作来离开现在的组？ （不过现在的市场， 是想找也难啊）。 谢谢各位！
