for example, project A has three properties. an apraiser has provide certain value for each property,which generate certain amount of rental, and we have certain conditions in the term sheet (assumptions), we want to calculate IRR for the project.
In this case, how shall i built the model?
My usual case is pretty simple,which only use given cash flows, exit prices etc to calculate the IRR or value. For completed case as above, i just get lost.
