有做financial model的同学吗？求教。

能否讲解下复杂的model是怎么建立的，关键的点除了assumption还有哪些。
俺平时做的很简单，就是cash flow 算算。复杂的俺就不知怎么建立的，一般公司是有固定模式的，那么怎么根据实际情况修改呢？谢谢。
