职场特殊案例：葫芦里藏的什么药？

今天如期与小老板进行了第一次follow-up,可她说没有任何plan,just like to check if everything with me is going well, and asked me if I have anything in my mind. 那还用问吗？我有一大堆要说的。第一点：我一直对同事很nice,从没rude过。如果那个部门的人觉得我问问题太直接，让他们uncomfortable,我表示理解，但我绝对没有rude.她说这点她完全同意。然后她打开了话匣子，对那部门的人一一评论，总之没一个好东西！不过俺的做人标准是，不背面说人坏话。所以默默的听她罗嗦到最后两分钟，提醒她我们的metting到时间了。让我意外的是，她说这星期她每天都会schedule a follow-up with me.我回到办公室就收到她的meeting request.

天啊，俺真是被她弄糊涂了，她葫芦里藏的什么药？
