I just looked your 7/11 post. From there, I don't think that you need to quit just because of performance review.

First, your boss and your big boss did care about your feeling. Your boss said sorry, and they did put you into the Leadership Development Program.

Second, considering the current market situation, it is not a good time to change job. Of cause, if you can find a better one, then go ahead.

Would you please let us know why you think that you are in dangerous situation?

On the other hand, if you think that you want to change a job for other reasons. Then, it is another case.
