I talked to my boss (not CFO) about shifting OM's tasks to me, he just said the CEO agrees with it.
About my achievement, my boss point out some imperfections, he always has a reason. But no one is perfect, how could my OM and him got 100% satisfied, they all make mistakes and don't meet dealines.
