I read your two posts, there are really help, and I just downloaded the audio book you did. Your project was arranged for the presentation, one of my project in US was chosen by field magazine into "the Greatest Hit in 2005", and one project in China was covered by CCTV and 10 Chinese newspapers and was honored 2nd level Science and Technology Progress Award of ministry level after I left for America. I am not sure they help.

To write blog is good idea, I know it takes many time, but I will setup a website and try it. To register a job search training class is a good idea, too, but I don't know where to find it.

I don't have reference issue. All my former managers, one American white, one Egypt and one lady are my best friends. The only problem is there is no call since I started looking, I wonder if my resume has problem. If possible, can you reference my to you company?
