told me to increase communication with those people, like schedule 1-1 etc. I know I should but it is almost liek forcing self to touch fire. Very uncomfortable. I know once we sit together it will go well. We will smile at each other talk some nonesense. But it will not solve any problems. I told my boss that too. He said it is OK since you made the effort or the gesture. What a hypocritical world.
