肯定有这方面因素

但不是绝对的。

老实说，我不喜欢当领导，因为麻烦，不想担责任。我后来换工作，别人面试时就希望我能够担起领导责任。一个公司，找一个合适的领导其实"很难". 如果咱们显示领导能力，别人不会忽视的。因为真是难找。

如果我们书呆子脾气不改，不说美国，回中国当领导都难啊。。
