a) File Name of Resume:
YourFNAME_YourLNAME_CNAME_PName.doc
i.e.
JOHN_SMITH_MICROSOFT_Sr.SalesVP.doc
b) Job Description file:
YYYYMMDD_CName_PTitle.doc
i.e.:
19331212_DaTongJiuJia_DaChu.doc
copy then paste it on word and save it as above name format in c) below
c) filefolder on your PC:
Job_WIP -- where you keep your draft with b) above
W.I.P. - Work in process -- your file BEFORE submit, i.e. draft of word files.
Job_Applied -- archieve AFTER you submit your application, this IS the version with you when go interview
d) after submit your application, send a copy of a), b) above, to yourself as e)
e) YourName@YourMail.com
Create several folders within your account, e.g.
Job_Applied to keep d) above
1) A_AgentCompany_AgentName -- i.e. A_CBC_TonySmith to keep all email with Tony Smith from ABC agent
2) A_CompanyName -- i.e. A_DaTongJiuJia to keep all email with this company
3) A_WebSite -- i.e. versions of your resume posted on this website, one per folder
